• Wednesday 30 September: order by 3pm for delivery Thursday 1 October. This is the final next-day delivery cutoff before the pause.
• After 3pm Wednesday 30 September through Sunday 4 October: eligible orders are scheduled for dispatch on Monday 5 October, for delivery Tuesday 6 October.

Why are delivery dates changing?

We’re taking a short, planned dispatch pause. Our online store remains open, and normal dispatch resumes on Monday 5 October.

Which orders qualify for next-day delivery?

This delivery schedule applies to eligible in-stock main products delivered to eligible UK mainland addresses. Accessories and spare parts have separate lead times. Pre-orders follow the dates shown on the product page. Deliveries outside eligible UK mainland areas take longer. Please check the product information and our delivery information before ordering.

Can I order during the pause?

Yes. Eligible orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff and through Sunday 4 October are scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 6 October.

What happens if I order on Monday 5 October?

Normal dispatch resumes on Monday 5 October. Please check the delivery estimate shown when you order.
