This role is based on a 8-hour day 5 days a week. You'll be based in our Paddock Wood Office where you’ll provide the highest level of customer service before, during, and after purchase.

About the role - What you’ll be doing: 

  • Providing the highest level of customer service through email & telephone support.
  • Providing support and guidance to retailers and national accounts.
  • Monitoring the ticket system to ensure SLAs are being achieved and exceeded where possible.
  • Assisting the customer service team to ensure all targets are met.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and efficient individual who puts customers first. You should have excellent communication skills and be a fast learner.

In addition, you will need to: 

  • Have a confident telephone manner.
  • Have excellent literacy skills.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Be proactive and have the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Be flexible in your approach to the job. Focus on getting the job done to a high level and not focusing on “doing the hours”.
  • Customer Service experience is essential.
