This car seat is suitable for children between approximately 4 and 12 years of age. But they should be at least 100cm tall and no more than 150cm tall.
Yes, you can remove the covers for cleaning. They should NOT be put in a washing machine or a tumble dryer. They should be cleaned with warm soapy (mild) water and air dried.
