Every My Babiie product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty period runs from the day of purchase, so it helps to keep your receipt or order confirmation somewhere safe.
The exact warranty period for your product is printed in the instruction manual that came with it. For our child car seats, for example, the warranty period is 1 year from the day of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in manufacturing or materials that were present when your product was made. If something has failed because of how it was built rather than how it has been used, that is what the warranty is for.
Fabrics: all of our fabrics meet high requirements for colour fastness when exposed to UV radiation. Even so, all fabrics fade over time in sunlight. This is a normal sign of wear rather than a material defect, so it is not covered by the warranty.
Buckles: a buckle that stops working smoothly is often just a build-up of dirt and dust. Before anything else, check whether you can clean it yourself without damaging the buckle or the harness. If cleaning does not sort it, get in touch and we will help.
If you bought your product directly from mybabiie.com, contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help us move quickly. For most products we will also ask for your batch code, and our Find Your Batch Code guide shows you where to find it.
If you bought your product from one of our retail partners, please contact that retailer first. They will handle your claim and will work with us where they need to.
When claims are processed, product-specific depreciation rates may be applied, as set out in our general terms and conditions.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here affects those rights.
