Moving in to 2023, we have realised yet another dream where the people who have been so instrumental in helping achieve our success will irrevocably own the business they have helped craft & build. My Babiie will now operate as now a fully employee owned company, run by an elected Partnership Council who shall drive decision making for the ultimate benefit of all employees.

Success for My Babiie has come in so many ways but that has only been possible because of the amazing people who believed in and helped build it and this change will see employees and future generations benefit from the incredible opportunities within a great company.

My Babiie will focus on many positive impact initiatives but one that was important to the founding family ownership was to encourage future generations of successful female entrepreneurs in business, which is why the elected Partnership Council will be run with majority (65%+) Female representation from inception.
