What is a batch code?

Every My Babiie product carries a white sticker on its frame or shell. This sticker tells us exactly which product you have and when it was made, which helps our team look after you quickly if you ever need support.

What the sticker looks like

The sticker shows three things, left to right:

  • The my babiie logo
  • Our address (My Babiie, Ashford, Kent)
  • Product Number — your product's model code and manufacture date (for example MBX6BG 01/2026), with a number starting with # underneath (for example #1923)

The number starting with # is your batch code. That's the one our Customer Experience team will ask you for.

Where to find the sticker

  • Pushchairs and strollers: on the metal frame — check the crossbars near the basket or the inside of a leg.
  • Car seats: on the plastic shell — usually on the back or underside of the seat.
  • Highchairs: on the frame or one of the legs.
  • Travel cots and accessories: on the frame or base.

What to send us

When our team asks for your batch code, please type the # number into your reply — for example #1923. Typing it means we can log it accurately against your case straight away. You're welcome to include a photo of the sticker too, but the typed number is the important part.

If you can't find the sticker on your product, just tell us — we'll help you look in the right place.
