Go to the product page on the website and it will tell you whether it is 'out of stock' just above the product price.

Find the item you like on our website and click on the black  'Add to basket' button to add it to your basket. You will be prompted to create an account with your details and delivery address. Pay with card or Paypal whichever you prefer!

Don't Panic!! You can either go into your 'account' and check the order status there and get in touch with us quoting your customer ID number and we will double check your order has been received.

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans at the moment.

Please allow up to two working days for delivery in the UK (Monday-Friday). Please allow 3 - 5 working days in Ireland. Please note these dates do not apply to personalised items, cot mattresses and cot sheets.

Yes you can, as long as you have the tracking number.

Unfortunately, we only deliver to the UK and Ireland currently.

Delivery to Ireland is £15.

We will email you to let you know that we have received your item for repair and will keep you updated on its progress in the Work Room and when it leaves us.

Product Support

For the majority of our products we suggest that you clean them by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Machine washing and drying can cause colours to run and materials to shrink or get damaged.

Other parts will fit your pushchair as long as they belong to the same model. E.g. you could swap your navy MB200 hood for a blush one but it must be an MB200 hood.

My Babiie would NOT recommend that the carrycot is used for prolonged overnight sleeping. It is fine for napping throughout the day when out and about and baby can be seen and watched. It would probably work out better to get a Moses basket or travel cot for better comfort, ventilation and safety for prolonged sleeping.
